Thank you for shopping with GA Roots Boutique! Our Return Policy is listed below. 

Shipping, Lost Items, & Damaged Product:

Shipped Items: We thoroughly inspect all items for damage before packaging and shipping to insure each item is undamaged. If any items arrive damaged, or get lost in the mail you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). We have insurance on every package for this purpose. Keep all packing materials including the box, bubble, paper or mailer to file a claim with the mail carrier. Please note that variations in products color, size, and distressing is not considered damaged. Most of our products are handmade and therefore will vary. GA Roots Boutique is not responsible for any damage incurred to products during shipping. We will not refund or exchange broken or lost items. Please also note that if you choose one day shipping that only applies once it reaches the carrier. It takes 1-3 business days to fulfill and get shipping orders to the carrier.

Lost Mail : GA Roots Boutique is NOT responsible for lost mail under any circumstances. You will NOT be refunded, sent a new item or given a store credit. You must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Product: Damage claims are to be filed with the delivery carrier. GA Roots Boutique is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping under any circumstances!

To return a product: Please use the address below with "Attention: Returns" and your reason for returning. (We do not cover or return shipping). Your return must fit criteria listed and is subject to approval by management.

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • All Returns must be shipped within 7 days of purchase.
  • Any item purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any Grab Bag, Deal of the Day, or sale items.
  • Returned items must be un-washed, un-worn, and any original tags must still be attached. We recommend following the specific care instructions for each item found on the inside tag.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it's received at our location. If your return isn't processed within this time frame, please be prepared to provide tracking information showing confirmed delivery to our customer service team. 
  • To request an exchange, please make a note in the comment section of your return form. Because our amazing styles sell out fast, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

    If your order has arrived with a legitimate defect please send us an email so we can replace, exchange or refund the item.
